Board of Trustees
The EPIC Academy Board of Trustees is responsible for developing the mission of the school, as well as financial oversight, and making policy-level decisions.  In addition, the board assists in developing funding and community partnerships to support instructional programs.  The board is responsible for the hiring and evaluation of the principal.   The EPIC Academy is incorporated with the State of Illinois as a not-for profit, holds a Federal EIN, and is recognized as federal not-for-profit corporation 501(c)(3).
