EPIC Academy will measure our success in our four key areas of high school reform below:

  1. High Academic Expectations 
    • Students on-track to graduate
    • 21st Century skills score gains
    • ACT score gains
  2. Build Strong Relationships with Students 
    • Student surveys will the % of students and number of adults they can go to for academic and personal support 
  3. Leadership Opportunities for All Students 
    • Percentage of students earning credit in Mikva Challenge community action classes
    • Percentage of student portfolios that meet our leadership criteria
  4. College Guidance for All Students Starting Freshman Year
    • Percentage of students that complete a 10 year plan and aspire for higher education
    • Percentage of students that apply to at least 5 higher educational institutions
    • Percentage of students that are accepted to their 1st choice institution, and % of students accepted to college
    • Long term tracking of college persistence rates
