Promotion:

• Freshmen not meeting the promotion criteria will not move on to sophomore level coursework.
• Sophomores not meeting the promotion criteria will not move on to junior level coursework.
• Juniors not meeting the promotion criteria will not move on to senior level coursework.
• Note: A core course is Math, Language Arts, Social Science, or Science.

Recovering Credits:

• Winter, Spring & Summer Intensives: Students may make up 1 trimester of credit for one class during each intensive week.
• EPIC Summer School:
  • Students may make up two classes during our summer school (The cost is $100 per course).
  • Students that did not meet 21st Century Skills must attend for a 2 day 21st Century Skill workshop ($20)
  • Students must attend a traditional CPS summer school program to complete other required credits or courses not offered during the summer school session at EPIC.
• EPIC & CPS Credits: EPIC0.5 CPS credit = 2 Trimesters @ EPIC; EPIC1.0 CPS credit = 1.0 EPIC Credit
